A holding company for the things we keep deciding to build. Two brands, one team, and a shared belief that good tools should be within reach.
01 / The short version
It started as a summer thing.
It kept going.
TSD Ventures, LLC was filed in North Carolina in April 2026 by three guys who grew up within twenty minutes of each other outside Charlotte.
Today, two brands run under it. TSD Modernization Solutions builds websites and AI systems for small businesses in the Charlotte metro. TSD Marketing makes AI ad video for clients anywhere in the country.
Ventures holds the entity, the accounts, and the cash. When an idea turns out to be worth doing, it can get to work under a structure that already exists.

A few things
we stick to.
We take work we think is worth doing over work that just pays the most. That rule has cost us money more than once. We’ve kept it anyway.
Price the problem first.
We tell you what the leak costs in real dollars before we quote the fix. Sometimes the number is small, and we say so.
Be honest about fit.
If the job is better done in-house or by somebody else, we’ll tell you on the first call.
Managed or owned.
Every build ships two ways. We host and run it, or you take the code and the credentials and it’s yours.
Do the work.
Nobody here is above answering a phone at 9pm or reconciling invoices at midnight. Good work includes the unglamorous parts.
Community work counts.
Some of what we build gets donated. A nonprofit that needs the same systems deserves the same care as a paying shop.
